    This hotline is sponsored by Parents Against Teen Suicide (PATS). Their mission is to serve North Carolina youths who are at risk for drug use or abuse, domestic violence, and suicide by providing prevention and education activities for youths and their parents. TEACH is a suicide prevention education service provided by PATS.
