Pain and Addiction Medical School/Residency Training (2009-12-18)

Clinical Tools, Inc. is developing a new web-based educational and clinical skills training experience funded by NIDA (#1R44DA027245-01). A website on the interface of pain treatment and addiction will present a medical student curriculum on preventing drug misuse and addiction in chronic pain patients. It will include a new approach to the standardized patient clinical interview.

This survey is for respondents who recently completed their training and would like to provide input regarding a medical student/residency education on pain and addiction treatment. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Our Web-based Medical Student Curriculum on the Interface of Pain and Addiction is undergoing evaluation. Our goal is for individual faculty and/or departments/medical schools to use our curriculum within their courses.
